Safety

INJURY
A defibrillator can be found at reception.
First aid kits can be found at reception, the store and in the service buildings

FIRE
Each cabin has a smoke detector. The hostel has an automatic alarm. The area also has fire hydrants. Check the location of the nearest fire hydrant to you.

KEYS
Your key card or key tag will be programmed when you check in and will work for as long as your booking and payment are valid. Please note that if you want to extend your stay, you must bring and update your key in order to enter your accommodation/service building. Key cards/tags are dropped off when checking out.
Keep in mind that all doors lock automatically when closed. Always have your key with you!
IF you need assistance because you have locked yourself out or lost your key outside of reception’s opening hours, you can call Jour at 033-430 48 14. Guests will be charged the cost.

SECURITY
Security circulates the campgrounds at various times during the day, seven days a week. They are also available in the event of an alarm, both regarding possible disturbances and for some services for our guests when staff are not on site. You can reach them at 033-430 48 14

QUIET HOURS
Campground quiet hours begin at 11:00 pm. During the rest of the day, show consideration to other guests so that the noise level is not considered disruptive.

No car traffic in the area between 11:00 pm – 6:00 am. The campground’s boom gates are closed to traffic from 11:00 pm – 6:00 am.
At other hours, you can enter and exit with your key card.

VISITS
As our guest, your visitors are welcome from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm. Please remember to show consideration to other guests during these hours as well.
