You may cancel all bookings made more than 7 days prior to your arrival within 24 hours.

Payment method
Online bookings are paid by payment card when you make the booking.

your own or your spouse/partner’s parents, children, siblings or co-travellers. Does not apply to animals.

Force Majeure
In the event that you cannot carry out your trip due to an impediment that is beyond the control of Borås Camping
and which the campgrounds could not reasonably have been expected to anticipate when
the contract was entered, the consequences of which could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome,
the campsite is free from liability for damages or other consequences. This also applies if the
trip is cancelled due to someone hired by the campsite or someone else at an earlier step. Borås
Camping reserves the right for legal amendments and/or price changes that are
beyond their control.

Other
Unless otherwise stated in the confirmation, the cost of accommodation does not include sheets or towels. They are available for
purchase and/or rent on site. Remember to bring what you need for your stay with you.

What are my obligations?
You are responsible for checking the booking confirmation as soon as it is received. You must call attention to any
errors immediately. Commitments made to you by the booking staff that you consider of significant importance must be stated in the booking confirmation in order for you to be able to reference them. You must follow the regulations and directions applicable to your booking.

What happens if something goes wrong?
If the accommodation you have booked cannot be offered, you have the right, at no additional cost, to similar accommodation or accommodation of a higher standard in Borås. Notify the staff when booking if you have specific wishes so that they have this information prior to your arrival. If you would like to bring your pet, please notify us when making your booking, as we have a limited number of pet-friendly accommodations. Errors that arise during your stay should be reported to reception or security immediately so that they have the opportunity to correct the problem.
Keep in mind that opportunities to have the problem corrected may diminish if you delay contacting us.

We are always here for you via email or phone if you have any questions pertaining to your booking
Welcome!
